The Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County unites regional development activities, provides expert assistance in the preparation and implementation of support programs to public bodies and public institutions from the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County founded by the Republic of Croatia or the county, in the preparation and implementation of development projects of interest for the development of the county, especially projects co-financed by the European Union's structural and investment funds.
