The agency is managed by an administrative council, which consists of the president of the administrative council and a member of the administrative council. The Administrative Council adopts the work and development programs of the Agency, supervises its implementation, decides on the financial plan and annual accounting, proposes to the founder of the Agency a change of activity, gives proposals and opinions to the founder of the Agency and the Director of the Agency on certain issues, and makes decisions and performs other tasks determined by law, act on the establishment and statute of the Agency.
The agency also has a representative from the ranks of employees in the administrative council.
