The implementation program of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County is adopted during the term of office of the prefect and is valid for that term.

The prefect of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County shall adopt the implementation program no later than 120 days after the day of taking office.

The implementation program will be revised on an annual basis, or as needed.

Reports on the implementation of the implementation program will be prepared semi-annually and annually, through the public institution "Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County", in the capacity of regional coordinator.
