Smart region
In collaboration with key stakeholders, the Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County is implementing the activities of application of modern information and communication technologies, available and open for the whole community, with the purpose of upgrading and improving the quality of life of citizens in the County.
When participating in the implementation of the activities of development of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County into a smart region, it is crucial to create technological preconditions for an equal development of the local government in the County, in the following areas: public health and quality of life, innovative and open society: citizenship, inclusion and culture, bio-nano-info technology, energy – transport – sustainable development and tourism, natural and traditional resources for the future, in accordance with global trends of development of the society and of the community.
