The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Maritime and Historical Museum of the Croatian Littoral Rijeka on providing professional and advisory assistance in drafting the Strategic Development Plan of the Maritime and Historical Museum of the Croatian Littoral Rijeka 2021- 2027. The Strategic Development Plan of PPMHP Rijeka will systematize the long-term complex problems and experiences of the Museum into a set of strategic goals as well as to include them in development measures and activities in order to use their own financial and human resources in the most efficient way. The Strategic Development Plan PPMHP Rijeka will provide a strategic development framework for the integration of Museums’ activities into local, regional, national and European cultural and other policies, since specific activities can be co-financed from various sources, primarily from the EU funds and programs.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Municipality of Fužine on providing expert and advisory assistance in preparing and drafting a Project Proposal for a Public Call for co-financing the implementation of EU projects at regional and local level published by the Ministry of the Regional Development and European Union Funds.

The Municipality of Brod Moravice and the Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” concluded an Agreement on Cooperation in providing professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of a Project Proposal for the Public Call for Co-funding the implementation of EU funded projects at regional and local levels published by the Ministry of the Regional Development and European Union Funds of the Republic of Croatia.

The Centre for Social Welfare Rijeka and the Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” concluded an Agreement on cooperation in providing professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of a Project Proposal for the application to the Call “Development, Dissemination and Improvement of Quality of Non-Institutional Social Services as a support to deinstitutionalization process”, within the Operational Program Effective Human Resources 2014-2020.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the City of Mali Lošinj and City of Cres on the preparation of the Development Plan of the Cres-Lošinj Area.

The Agency has been appointed as the institution in charge of drafting the Development Plan of the Cres-Lošinj Area.

The City of Delnice and the Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” concluded an Agreement on Cooperation regarding the provision of professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of a Project Proposal for the Call for Proposals “Health Promotion and Disease Prevention – Phase 2”, within the Operational Program „Effective Human Potentials 2014-2020“.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the City of Delnice, providing professional and advisory assistance in preparation of a Project Proposal for co-funding the concept of “Smart Cities” by the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.

The aim of the Call is to enable direct co-funding of projects for the implementation of the concept of “Smart cities and municipalities” which provide an innovative and effective approach to the management of the city or municipality and innovative implementation of the city or municipality tasks and duties.

The City of Cres and the Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” have concluded an Agreement on cooperation in the preparation and drafting of the project proposal “Construction of sports playground fitness / street workout park Cres” for the open Grant of the Local Action Group (LAG) “Kvarner Islands”, type of operation 2.1.1. “Development of general social infrastructure for the purpose of raising the quality of life and inhabitants of the LAG”, within measure 19 “Support to local development within the LEADER initiative” from the Rural Development Program of the Republic of Croatia 2014-2020.

The Agency is in charge of providing professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of the project proposal for the application to the Grant.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Electrical Industry and Crafts School in Rijeka, in the implementation of the project “Career and Me”. The project is implemented within the instrument “Establishment of regional centres of competence in vocational education in (sub) sectors: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer science, agriculture and health”.

The Agency will provide professional and advisory assistance to the School during the implementation of the Project.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Technical High School Rijeka, on the implementation of the project “Be ready and competent”, within the instrument “Establishment of regional centres of competence in vocational education in (sub) sectors: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computing, agriculture and health”.

By signing the Grant Agreement, the Agency will participate in providing the professional and advisory assistance in the implementation of the Project.

Technical High School Rijeka and the Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” concluded an Agreement on cooperation for the implementation of the project “Better conditions for learning through work – improving the infrastructure of the Vocational School Vice Vlatković – regional centre of competence of the mechanical engineering sector.”

The project “Better conditions for learning through work – improving the infrastructure of the Vice Vlatković Vocational School – regional centre of competence of the mechanical engineering sector” is implemented under the instrument “Establishment of infrastructure of regional centres of competence in vocational education to support the vocational education and training reform process.”

The Agency will provide professional and advisory assistance to the School during the implementation of the Project.

The Hospitality High School Opatija and the Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” have concluded an Agreement on Cooperation in the implementation of the RCK RECEPT Project. The Agency provided professional and advisory assistance in the preparation and application of project proposal “RCK RECEPT – Regional Centre of Professions in Tourism”, which was implemented under the instrument “Establishment of regional centres of competence in the tourism and hospitality sector.”

Based on the approved Grant, the Agency will provide professional and advisory assistance to the applicant during the implementation of the Project.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Municipality of Jelenje on providing expert and advisory assistance in preparing and drafting a project application for a Grant of the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development (PAAFRD), under Sub measure 8.5. “Support for investments in improving the resilience and environmental value of forest ecosystems”, Measures 8.5.2. “Establishment and arrangement of educational trails, lookouts and other smaller infrastructure.”

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement with the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds of the Republic of Croatia and Primorje-Gorski Kotar County on cooperation in drafting the “National Development Strategy until 2030” and implementing the Program for preparing local development projects eligible for funding from ESI funds.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded a Cooperation Agreement with Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Hospitality High School Opatija, Dr. Antun Barac High School Crikvenica, Ambroz Haračić High School Mali Lošinj and Croatian King Zvonimir Krk High School. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of the project proposal of the project “Regional Competence Centre Hospitality High School Opatija”. Hospitality High School Opatija is the applicant to the Call for Proposals in a restricted grant procedure of permanent modality named “Establishment of the infrastructure of regional centres of competence in vocational education to support the process of reform of vocational education and training.” Project partners are the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Dr. Antun Barac High School in Crikvenica, Ambroz Haračić High School in Mali Lošinj and Croatian King Zvonimir High School in Krk.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Kvarner Tourist Board on the implementation of the project “Digital Tourist Destination Platform”. The goals of cooperation are:

1. Connecting and collaborating on the development of an innovative technological solution – mobile applications, digital tourist destination platform,
2. Joint promotion of the project, in order to encourage innovation in tourism, development of small and medium enterprises, family farms and the overall development of the tourist destination Kvarner,
3. Joint promotion of less recognized areas, cultural heritage and tourist facilities of the County.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Municipality of Fužine in order to provide professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of the project application “Bicycle and hiking trail along Lake Lepenice”. The project is submitted within the FLAG tender for the award of support for the implementation of projects under Measure B.2.1. Educational paths from the Local Development Strategy of the Local Action Group in Fisheries TUNERA. The subject of the tender refers to the protection of the “fishing” environment, the return of economically important species for fishing and the creation of new and recognizable tourist destinations within the entire fishing area.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Municipality of Lokve in order to provide expert and advisory assistance in the preparation of the project proposal “Educational fishing trail around Lokvarsko Lake”. The project is submitted within the FLAG tender for the award of support for the implementation of projects under Measure B.2.1. Educational paths from the Local Development Strategy of the Local Action Group in Fisheries TUNERA. The subject of the tender refers to the protection of the “fishing” environment, the return of economically important species for fishing and the creation of new and recognizable tourist destinations within the entire fishing area.

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the City of Opatija. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of professional and advisory assistance to the City in the preparation of a project proposal whose applicant is the Society “Our Children” Opatija, while the project partner is the City of Opatija. The preparation of the project application refers to the published Call for Proposals for capacity building in the field of children’s rights – Increasing general awareness and knowledge about children’s rights and children’s participation, within the REC 2020 program (Program on Rights, Equality and Citizenship).

The Public Institution “Regional Development Agency of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded a Cooperation Agreement with the Municipality of Mrkopalj, in order to provide expert and advisory assistance in drafting a project application under the Amateur Sports Program and Infrastructure Innovation, Call for Proposals – EAC / S09 / 2020. The aim of the Call is to provide an opportunity for sports organizations to develop and promote new forms of sports and physical activity by adapting the infrastructure and / or offering sports activities or programs.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Centre for the Upbringing of Children and Youth Rijeka. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of professional and advisory assistance in the implementation of the project “Community for a New Beginning”, which was approved for funding in June 2020 in the amount of HRK 5,999,155.18. The project is funded under the Call “Support to the process of deinstitutionalization and prevention of institutionalization of children and youth”.

The Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Medical School in Rijeka and the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of a project proposal to the Public Call “Establishment of infrastructure of regional centers of competence in vocational education in the (sub) sector health”, within the Operational Program “Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020”. Call for Proposals named “Establishment of regional centers of competence in vocational education in the (sub) sector of health”, within the Operational Program “Effective human resources 2014-2020.” The main goal of the tender is to establish a network of regional centers of competence in vocational education and training in cooperation with economic and civil society sector, which will provide active practical training for students, teachers and employees in accordance with the needs of the labour market through direct participation at the regional level and enable cooperation with similar centers in the European Union.

The Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County has concluded an Agreement on Cooperation with the Center for the Upbringing of Children and Youth in Rijeka. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of professional and advisory assistance in the preparation of a project proposal for an Call for proposals “Support to the process of deinstitutionalization and prevention of institutionalization of children and youth” within the European Social Fund, Operational Program “Effective Human Resources 2014-2020”. The basic goal of the project is to support the process of deinstitutionalization and prevention of institutionalization of children and youth and to ensure their right to life in the family and community.

Vedran Kružić, Head of the public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” and Matej Mostarac, mayor of the City of Kastav,  signed a Cooperation Agreement on the preparation and development of the “Kastav – Smart City” concept through a series of projects that are integral part of the “Kastav Smart City – 2017 – 2020 strategy”. The emphasis is on the development and implementation of the Kastav City app project and the smart street lighting project.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management. The subject matter of the Agreement is the cooperation in the implementation of the FOST-INNO project. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg Programme V-B Adrion 2014-2020. The overall objective of the FOST-INNO project is the improvement of the competitiveness of the Adriatic-Ionian area with the increase of innovation capacities of sustainable tourism. In the framework of the project it is planned to establish and develop an international “Centre for the transfer of knowledge and innovation in the tourism industry of the Adriatic-Ionian area” that will gather experts from the field of tourism with the common task of development of innovative tourist products and services.

The Head of the public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County”, Vedran Kružić signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Rector of the University of Rijeka, Prof. Snježana Prijić Samaržija and the Head of the Support Centre for Smart and Sustainable Cities of the University of Rijeka, assoc. prof. dr. sc. Saša Drezgić.
The Memorandum of Cooperation refers to the functioning of Smart Settlements in accordance with the concept of Smart Cities.
Within the framework of mutual cooperation, the interest of the public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” is to get articulated and technically enforceable frameworks for the implementation of Smart Settlements projects, within the framework of strategic development determinants of the concept of the “Primorje-Gorski Kotar County – Smart Region” project, while the interest of the Support Centre for Smart and Sustainable Cities of the University of Rijeka is to explore new business models in the area of lease and construction of housing from the framework of the Smart Settlements concept and to expand its scientific and professional activities in the area of practical preparation of Smart Settlement projects.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” signed a Partnership Agreement with the Administrative Department for Regional Development, Infrastructure and Project Management of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The subject matter of the Partnership Agreement  is the cooperation on the development of the “National Development Strategy until 2030” and the implementation of the Programme of Preparation of Local Development Projects eligible for co-financing from European structural and investment funds.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” signed a Partnership Agreement with the Administrative Department for Maritime Domain, Traffic and Communication of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The subject matter of the Agreement is financial and administrative monitoring of the following projects:
“EnerMob: Interregional Electromobility Network for Interurban Low Carbon Mobility“, co-financed from the Interreg ADRION 2014-2020 transnational cooperation programme;
“EnerNETMob: Mediterranean Interregional Electromobility Networks for intermodal and interurban low carbon transport systems“, co-financed from the INTERREG V-B MEDITERAN 2014-2020 transnational cooperation programme and
“MOSES: Maritime and MultimOdal transport services based on Ea Sea Way project“, co-financed under the INTERREG cross border cooperation project Italy-Croatia.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” signed a Partnership Agreement with the Teaching Institute of Public Health of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The subject matter of the Agreement is the preparation of the project application to the Open public call for project proposals “Health Promotion and Disease Prevention – Phase I”, Component I. Promoting healthy habits and health and/or increasing knowledge and awareness of the citizens of the Republic of Croatia on the importance of disease prevention”, within the Operational Programme “Efficient Human Resources” of the European Social Fund.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” signed a Partnership Agreement with the Administrative Department for Education of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The subject matter of the Agreement is the preparation of project proposals for submission to the “Public call to founders for the application of vocational education institutions for the nomination of regional centres of competence”, published by the Ministry of Education.
The Catering school Opatija was candidate for the nomination of regional centre of competence, the Electro-industrial and trade school Rijeka joined in partnership the Technical school of Karlovac, while the Medical school Rijeka was project partner to the Medical school of Ante Kuzmanić from Zadar.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” signed a Partnership Agreement with the Administrative Department for Health Care of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The subject matter of the Agreement is the preparation of the “Request for funds allocations for the co-financing of the implementation of EU projects at regional and local level,” for the project “Improvement of primary health care on the islands of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County”, co-financed by the Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020 Operational Programme, in the framework of the Call for project proposals in the restricted procedure of grant allocation of permanent modality “Improving access to primary health care, with an emphasis on remote and deprived areas through investments in the needs of health care providers at primary level”.

The public institution “Regional Development Agency of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County” established cooperation with the City of Čabar on the preparation of the project proposal “Cultural Centre Čabar”, to be applied on Tender for 7.4.1 type of operation – “Investments in launching, expansion or improvement of basic local services for the rural population, including leisure and cultural activities and the associated infrastructure”, within the Rural Development Programme.
